- Items must be returned in the original packaging.
- Customized, engraved, or personalized products are not eligible for return.
- Return request must be made within 7 days from the date of delivery.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
- If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
- In case the product fails our quality check, the item will be sent back to you.
Exchange
We currently do not offer direct product exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return the item and place a new order.
